This is not an author bio. Chris has a real job, a sensible job. He’s also a lifelong student of history finding real human stories between the lines. Then one day he discovered his Great Great Grandfather, a private in the Indiana 19th. His first book, The 19th, grew from there.  He works responsibly in Northern California, and when he can carve out time, he writes with abandon. Cast a penny in a fountain if you will and wish for him more abandon.
